Terms of Service

Welcome to AutoSeed (“our platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

These Terms are a binding agreement between us and you, the user.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
• You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the service.

2. Fair Use

We offer a generous free tier to help you explore the platform. However, any attempt to abuse it — including creating multiple accounts, using bots, exploiting bugs, or attempting to bypass usage limits — may result in a permanent ban without notice.

3. Database Connections

All database connections are initiated by you, the user. While we may store credentials to facilitate seeding, we never initiate connections to your database on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate connection details and for securing your own database.

4. Data Usage and Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. However:

• You grant us a license to use your schema and column names to improve and train our models.
• We do not access, process, or use your actual data content from your database.

By using our platform, you consent to the above without opt-out.

5. Payments and Refunds

• We use LemonSqueezy for payment processing.
• You are eligible for a no-questions-asked refund within 15 days of purchase, provided you haven’t used your credits.
• After that period or upon usage, purchases are non-refundable.

6. Account Termination and Inactivity

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms.

If your account is inactive for 180 days, it may be deleted along with all associated data.

7. No Warranty

Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or data loss arising from your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — downtime, bugs, or incorrect seed generation.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Côte d'Ivoire.

Any legal disputes will be exclusively resolved in the courts of Côte d'Ivoire.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
